Hi, Kalle! I’m so glad I found your writing! Thank you for saying explicitly — there is no summit, no one’s gonna give you a permission, and that humility is a volume slider rather than an on/off button. I work full-time in sustainability field, but at the same time I practice a martial arts and am going to compete in an international tournament. I absolutely feel that my esteem is at stake and that I’m a fraud. Like your sentence “there is no room for me here”. But probably this journey is more like an open field and less like a room. So probably what we need is not a dedicated seat, but a reminder of why we find the open field itself interesting and enjoyable at the first place. Hope you have a nourishing journey!
